Pet’s paws in Vets’ good hands at NoAH

Northcote is certainly a pet-friendly suburb. Hang out on High Street at any time of day and you’ll encounter plenty of friendly, furry faces relaxing with their owners out the front of our many cafes as they grab a coffee or lunch, or scoring plenty of pats and attention from punters in our beer gardens.  Northcote pets are part of the family and thanks to the Northcote Animal Hospital, their medical, health and even beauty needs are taken care of just as well as their human counterparts.

Nestled in the main drag of High Street, Northcote Animal Hospital, or NoAh (a clever abbreviation with bonus Ark story reference), provide exceptional care to pets of all shapes and sizes. The clinic was founded just over 2 years ago by Veterinarians Dr Kristina Hulme and Julian Sze. The mission was to establish a one-stop-shop for local pets and their owners; to be able to handle any animal, and problem or concern, or at the very least have experienced specialists on call to assist.

The clinic is equipped not only with the latest and greatest technology available to Vet medicine, but a caring and passionate team of staff.  These guys love what they do and their clients love them – this was easy to see in the few minutes we stopped by to have a chat and snap some photos.

There’s a real community mindset at NoAH- a genuine drive to support and nurture the needs and well-being of their clients, owners and pets alike.

Puppy training, free dental checks, new pet checkups and a specialty cat clinic are just some of the expert health services provided, as well as dog-grooming if your pooch needs a bit of pampering and cat boarding if you need a holiday but can’t take kitty with you.

There’s also an impressive retail component to the clinic- boasting an array of products and treats (including vegetarian options!) that will be sure to keep tails wagging and owners smiling.
