Revamped High St festival, High Noon, promises a classic showdown
NORTHCOTE’S famous High Vibes has bitten the dust and a new festival, dubbed High Noon, will take centre stage on September 18.
Just like in the classic western movie of the same name, High Noon will feature a showdown - a stand-off between marching bands - but organisers are confident that, as in the movie, there will be a happy ending.
